Bills and Income

RockSolid Money™ Support

Money > Bills & Income tracks the recurring shape of your month: rent, utilities, subscriptions, paychecks — each as a scheduled item with an amount, a recurrence, and a next-due date.

Creating a scheduled item

Each item records: the account it hits, the expected amount (a bill is money out, income money in), how often it recurs (weekly, biweekly, monthly, and so on, anchored to a day), and whether the amount is fixed (rent) or variable (electric). Variable items are treated as estimates downstream — the cash-flow forecast marks them Estimated and lets you exclude them.

The list and the timeline

The workspace shows both the item list and an upcoming timeline of concrete occurrences. Select anything to inspect it — account, category, frequency, next due, variability, and whether it's on auto-pay.
