Goals

RockSolid Money™ Support

The Goals workspace (under Plan) tracks two different kinds of intention, honestly separated:

Savings goals

A savings goal has a dollar target and optionally a target date — an emergency fund, a vacation, a roof. Each goal card shows the amount saved, percent progress, the remaining amount, and (with a target date) the required monthly contribution to arrive on time. A completed goal is visibly done.

Crypto allocation caps

“Keep crypto under 15% of my investable assets” is not a savings target — it's a constraint. A cap goal watches the actual share of your investable assets that crypto represents and states plainly whether you're inside the cap or over it, and by how much.

Where the numbers come from

Progress reads real account balances and portfolio values — a goal is a lens over the ledger, not a separate number you maintain by hand.
