RockWiFi Pro generates professional reports and data exports so you can document findings for clients, attach evidence to support tickets, or feed data into your own analysis workflows. Every major tool in the app supports export.
HTML Reports
HTML reports are self-contained, professional documents that open in any web browser. They use a dark theme, are print-friendly, and include all metrics, charts, and findings from the tool that generated them. You can email them directly to clients or attach them to tickets — no external dependencies need to load.
Where to Export From
Every major tool has an Export button. The available exports include:
- Connection Check — Full diagnostic report with BSS metrics, diagnosis, and evidence.
- UltraScan — AP catalog with summary stats, standards/band/width breakdown, Wi-Fi 7 features card, and full AP detail table.
- Wi-Fi Survey — Heatmap images, sample data, and coverage statistics.
- Health Check — Scored report with findings, recommendations, and severity ratings.
CSV Export
CSV files are spreadsheet-compatible data files you can open in Excel, Google Sheets, or feed into custom analysis tools. RockWiFi Pro exports every column from UltraScan (30+ fields including all BSS metrics), survey samples, and Flight Recorder events.
What Reports Contain
Depending on the source tool, exported reports can include:
- Summary statistics and per-tool scores (coverage, congestion, SNR, roaming, network health)
- A weighted composite overall score
- Findings with severity levels (critical, warning, info)
- Specific, actionable recommendations
- Capability analysis — legacy standard warnings, Wi-Fi 7 readiness, WPA3 upgrade suggestions
Tips
- Export before and after network changes to document improvement over time.
- Use CSV exports for custom dashboards or ongoing tracking in a spreadsheet.
- HTML reports are fully self-contained — they have no external dependencies, so they render correctly offline and years from now.
